Kerry was such a friendly relief after a long day of driving and a private Marriott did not honor a rate reservation. We had no reservation and she welcomed us in for our continued awesome experience at this HIR. Two years in a row lots of family fun!

The HIR team is the BEST! We love them! The staff is the BEST! They are supper friendly! They go above and beyond! Sasha & Tamoy went above & beyond to make my birthday the best day ever! Thank you!!!! Please give them 2 pats on the back! 1 on each shoulder! Then give them a 3rd & tap them on the head because they absolutely deserve it! Thank you Sasha & Tamoy!!!! This is our 3rd time staying here & it’s the only place we will stay! If your staying somewhere else, your staying at the WRONG place! You won’t find better staff than the HIR team! Thank you! It’s always clean! Smells good! The views are amazing! 🤩 It’s our home vacation! Thank you HIR team for always going above & beyond! Thank you Sasha & Tamoy! I appreciate everything you two did for me! I can’t thank you enough!!!!❤️❤️Thank you! Excellent Staff! From the front desk to the Tiki Bar and the entire hotel, every team member were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Food was consistently good. Everyone we encountered was amazing. The atmosphere with the view was awesome.

The staff here are what makes this place exceptional. I had a lovely interaction with their front desk agent Fiona. A very bubbly personality with welcoming knowledge. While at dinner, my server was Nick. He recommended a passion fruit drink that was very tasty. He checked in on me to find out how everything was. Has a vibrant chat with him. Their food and beverage manager also checked in on the quality of the food. I believe she is Trinidardian. Just a wonderful blend of staff that made my overnight more enjoyable.

Dirty pool all of them and the hot tub, cloudy dirty water, broken lazy river, with the gulf waters being wild I wanted to enjoy it but it didn’t work. Was told we had access to everything next door at the Hilton but we in fact did NOT, cards don’t work over there. , clean room, didn’t like paying for the same breakfast that would be free at most HIR, but it had good service but not so good food. Don’t think I would recommend this location.

The customer service here is amazing! The food, pool, activities, restaurant, beach and photographer made this trip a stress free visit. From the lady at the front desk remembering us, the waitresses (Shae and the others) that always wear smiles while making us feel welcomed, the lady that works hard with others keeping the rooms supplied and cleaned is beyond friendly in the hall and smiles when I speak with her, Sam the towel helper and John the photographer. They’ve made our stay here so great! Thank you and we will be back
